A single- or double-pole thermostat is available with this unit, and a thermostat kit can be easily added in the field. Simply remove the grill, pop the fan out, install the thermostat and pop it all back together. It uses King Electric’s Patented Smart Limit Protection that automatically shuts off the power to the heater and must be manually reset. Additionally, there is a safety limit.
